Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We purchased a home from Clayton Homes in Mt. Home, Arkansas this past Feb. We have recieved a calender full of promises for a crew to come out and do numerous repairs. We are so MADDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!

They come out every 2-3 months...just to satisfy you for a day. For a long period of time we just didn't bother calling, till we threatened them with a lawyer...they were out here for maybe a total of 6-7 hours...mainly worked on the roof...where the marriage walls come together, it had been done incorrectly(at set-up) and was leaking between the walls, into the house, across the kitchen flooring. They also was to replace the lineolum flooring that same day, but discovered that the flooring that was sent to them was no good(wavy).

Now, they had had this flooring since May-June, why wasn't it checked out before? So, now, this means waiting probably another 2 months for them to get back over here again. Also, the first carpenter they had working for them did not apply the carpeting right. The same carpenter came back again, reseamed the carpeting(but, he cut out the nap), that left a bigger GAP!! Also he tried to repair some of the orginal lineolum and cut out to far(jagged)away from the wall where any molding would not have covered it.

They promised that we would like this next new guy that was coming out...well...what a flake!! He was no better than the 1st one. I would like to tell you some remarks that he made to me(only if you contact me, I will discuss it.) So goes the story...we have other tid-bits that we would like to share with you. Contact us. My husband & I feel like we have a real lemon here. I wouldn't care if they came out and dragged this home away...not before they compensate us. I'm also floored at this amount that were paying...13.48 interest???? We paid around $58,000 for this and by the time we get it payed for the amount rises to around $147,000(15-years)! Ridiculos!
