I want to make an apology for making this report as if I could remove it I would, I am not a fan of ripoff report as they don’t allow authors to remove or delete or alter reports. No one is perfect as when wrote this report I was upset and now time has passed I had a change of heart and that I want to say I am sorry for writing it.

Cleanbid.net has raised their prices from $49.00 to $67.00 a month. They have divided the bids from construction cleanup, janitorial cleaning, floor or tile and move out. Starting price is $27.00 but they get you as you do not get the express bidding feature. It stinks which is sort of like doing the bid yourself but they want to charge you an extra $22 a month for just that feature. Sure they added but all the details are still the same. Your not getting a lot of things you might expect from a cleaning program but I wouldn't call it a cleaning program because it is all online. You do not own it, they control it by your monthy payment or they will close it. Really sucks in my opinion.

I think this cleanbid.net really needs to look at the big picture to understand that charging $49.00 a month is too expensive as the online program lacks so many important tools than just writing a bid for cleaning. They need ready written letters for cold calling, bid sheets, competing with competitors, staff requirements, sample brochures and more. I have seen and used other programs that are not monthly but one fee and whole lot cheaper. Cleanbid.net is handy and it is good on the proposal idea but it also has it's own mistakes. I give them credit for coming up with the idea but not at $49.00 a month, it is far too much to spend on a small business that is not high making in salaries. Listen, I think they should try and update and fix all the mistakes on the program then get rid of monthly fee feature and make it a one time deal to buy it but also they need to have more tools to the online program.

What they should do is offer a lifetime online access. With the competitors for janitorial bidding programs and etc, I don't see any company asking $49.00 a month and if there were, they would be offering more than just a janitorial proposal. They should include all cover letters, cold calling letters, editing styles of brochures, bid sheets, paperwork, forms, inspection sheets, staff sheets, work sheets, check lists, State compliance forms, cold calling leads, MSDS cleaning list on products to submits to clients and etc. Cleanbid.net is only one thing, it's just a bidding system but it has some errors in the system as it needs a lot of upgrading to make it better. Yes it is a good system but to be in the business to bid on janitorial jobs can't be one thing, giving a proposal is not enough, you need all the other tools. If you bid too high or toohigh, maybe they could put in system, ready made letters to re-apply for another bid or cold calling again on the past bids or check up calls or etc things to be successful. I highly recommend they get rid of the monthly fee of $49.00, that's too expensive and you really don't get enough to run a cleaning business paying that. If thats the case, they should be charging $5.00 a month or buy the program for under $100.00. Other programs have so much more tools, including complete bidding software tools cost from $65.00 to $150.00 from what I have seen and if free on torrents downloads. I would ask the makers of Cleanbid.net bidding system to lower the price, make it a lifetime purchase instead. Paying monthly is just too much in my opinion. Listen as I have said, it does do some good things on bidding but not at $49.00 a month. Just try to make some solutions and come up with other ideas and inprove it by adding more options to it and etc. I would really like to see Cleanbid.net improve and more affordable, it is was I would consider buying it again.
