Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Clear Results Marketing places adds on popular job hunting web sites including craigslist, monster, and careerbuilder. They call you thinking that you will be working directly with comcast and selling customer products. Then, you go to a interview with 2 ladies that think that they are sales geniuses at the age of 23. After your interview you wind up taking a lame class in virginia teaching you basic knowledge of comcast products. I thought I would be in a kiosk type enviroment but noooo...I was very wrong.

They place you in walmarts either in the front of the back with a paper board that says comcast and make you harass customers as they walk by. In my experince I was placed in a store that was in a area where people where unable to get comcast. Breanna and Elaine are both FAKE ! ! ! Dont let me forget the "good" part. You sign this big retarted contract that is under cowboy law. Needless to say I quit after 2 weeks and turned in my comcast stitched shirts and paper sign. The company owed me 2 weeks pay and kept blowing me off to pay me. I finally get in touch with the dumb owner named Hal and he tells me that my 2 pay checks for like 400 bucks is in a hold back account and i cant recieve it for 180 days.

We all need to be aware of the scams like this one. I am contacting the store that they sell at to shut this company down. As well as filing small claims. These people will not hear the last of me...I am also contacting corporate comcast as well as getting people to petition the sales of comast in walmart stores. Please be aware of these scam artists. Thanks you

Clear Results, a professsional company in the retail staffing space

With 30 years in the tele-communictions business and relationships with over 10,000 reps, Clear Results is disappointed to have to respond to the inaccurate and highly inflammatory posting on Ripoff.com.  As I detail the facts, an impartial reader will have a completely different perspective than the one offered by SweetRevenge2day.  Clear Results does advertise job positions on Craigslist, Monster and CareerBuilder.  As users of these sites know, only reputable companies are allowed to continue advertising.  Less reputable companies are quickly removed from the sites.  Clear Results has never had any ads pulled from these sites.  Our client list includes Comcast, Time Warner and Charter Communications.  Many times, our clients provide office space to run local operations including interviewing and training facilities.  However, the relationship between the company, the individual sales rep and the client is clearly spelled out during the interview process.  In fact, to insure everyone receives accurate information, a contract is signed between the representative and Clear Results.  This contract, which the posting individual refers to as "retarded" states the responsibilities of both parties.  The company has fulfilled every covenant in that executed contract.  The posting makes derogatory remarks about the individuals with Clear Results and the training/operational procedures.  The comprehensive training program that is given to all new hires has been reviewed and approved by leaders in the industry.  Classroom training is followed up with side by side in store guidance with a trainer.  In Maryland/Virginia, this program is run by one of our most experienced and successful management teams.  Prior to this assignment, the lead executive was instrumental in developing the number one retail sales market for Comcast.  Her associate has delivered results that presented compelling arguments for her to run the fourth largest market in the United States.  To make disparaging remarks about their age or their confident atitudes should offer the reader some insight into the veracity of the posting.  I do not believe it is necessary to offer the specifics of why this individual was asked to leave the company.  Individuals with demonstrated poor work habits, limited business skills and those who fail to accept personal responsibility are never a good candidate, no matter the good intentions of the hiring team. Suffice to say,  Clear Results has abided by the contractual obligations and welcomes any challenges in an appropriate venue.
