Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I worked for Clearmyrecord.com until this afternoon. The company laid off 14 people today, 17 for the week. That is almost half of the workforce. This company is FAILING and will not last much longer. Don't give them your money...it will be lost.

Besides the fact that the company is going under, it never did what it claimed to do in the first place. The RSVP software mentioned on the site is, in fact, a total and utter fraud. It doesn't exist in any form. We have no "strategic relationships" with any law enforcement entity that anyone couldn't have and can get nothing special done for you. The service is as good as snake oil.

The company's founder and CEO is Brian Poe. Google Brian Poe's name and the first thing that will come up is how he has been banned from University of Kentucky sporting events for 27 years because of some sleezy scam he was trying to run. He is hateful to everyone and has absolutely no interest in anyone but himself. The company is also under investigation from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office for its business practices.

Please do not be duped into wasting money on this "service." I should have left there a long time ago, but now the decision has been made easy for me.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I want to make it clear that I know for a fact that these complaints are from at least 5 former employees, I wrote one of these complaints myself know one of the people who wrote one of the others, two of them have former employees who I knew names's attached to them. I choose not to put my name on here because of what a horrible person Brian Poe is. I love how the company is trying to say that we were let go because of bad performance when over half of the operations staff were laid off due to lack of money, how can you say that Brian Poe the CEO of the company would not make that decision, if he didn't then the company is worse off than expected.

All you current employees who are now telling lies and posting with out your names and bashing others for not putting their's should rememeber a few things. Like the meeting last August where Brian Poe held a meeting stating that if he found anyone looking for another job he would " help them out by firing them." Also during that meeting he told everyone that the company was recently valued and everyone would be recieving their share allocations very soon, have any of you recieved those yet? didn't think so. Since all of us were laid off NOT FIRED how can you say anything about our performance.

Face it you holier than now two faced people Brian Poe is scum the company is a scam and the company will not last past a couple more months then lets see what your position is. One more thing when the company puts their position on here and says that over half of the company was not laid off they are telling the truth only in they still have a very large IT department that makes sure the website is up and running, they have all the upper management still their do you really think these excutives are working on your case? The only remaining people are 2 sales team members, and 2 people to take care of current clients, and 6 or 7 to actually work on your cases, how many clients do you think they can handle with 6 or 7 people? One more thing to show how much of a scam this company is, I have copied a memo from the Director of operations, it is from the time when the Rapid process was stated on the website as 30 days from the time all documention was recieved in order for us to be able to process your case.

The memo clearly states that the customer is not to be notified that everything has been recieved until the file is done and ready to be proofed, meaning everything is recieved and then they take their time finishing it then tell you hey we got everything we need well after the fact this memo is copied below and is from July it is from EAS's own standard operating procedure.

Rapid Service 30 Day Notification

The "30 business day" expedited policy is established as part of the Expedited Processing service provided by EAS. This policy makes sure that clients of the service are kept updated and notified so that they are pleased with receiving their final packet in a timely manner. It is equally important that EAS employees are able to use this policy in order to retrieve the client information and process the case in the approximated timeframe. Processing the case encompasses keeping the client sufficiently updated throughout the process, having enough time to accurately complete the client's final packet, proofing the final packet, and mailing it to the client within their notified 30 business day period. The goal is to notify the client only when you are sure that EAS can comply with the 30 business day window provided to the client thus avoiding any possibility of a refund.

When a client's file has been completed and turned into the Regional Director for proofing, the director has made all necessary corrections and edits to the file and if applicable has sent it back to the counselor for 2nd changes the client is notified of their 30 business days start date. The client will be sent email notification of the 30 business days start and end date. The email shall read as follows:

It is also a good idea to put the end date in your e-mail calendar so that you will be reminded at that time. Upon retrieval of all documentation, client is notified that the case is on the 30 business day clock. Mr. Poe has never degrated or disrespected any employee here at EAS. He gives his time and his money to helping people. I simply cannot believe the vicious attack of a coward that would post such personal attacks. We at the company know who this is and because of Mr. Poe's wishes of not attacking someone publicly like this low character individual we cannot tell you the reasons why this low life was let go. We are committed to helping people, we need good people to do this, we honestly got too big and a bad apple was hired, and now thankfully fired.

Annonymous loser why don't you attack someone who truly wronged you, Mr. Poe wasn't even the one who decided you be let go. Folks we have helped more people clear their good names than any firm or organization on the web. We were the first, are the biggest and the best. You do not have to choose us, but please choose someone and clear your good name because unlike the original poster you probably have one.
