I ODERED 5 BOTTLES OF NATURELLE AND PAID FOR THEM NEVER RECEIVED THEM CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY SAID THEY HAD MAILED THEM OUT AND THEN RESENT ME SOME MORE,,, SO THEY SAY I NEVER GOT THEM HAD TO HAVE THE CHARGES REVERSED AT MY BANK CAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME EITHER THE PRODUCT OR MY MONEY

Clearpoint Not Corrupt - Merchandise Was Shipped Twice

Connie ordered her merchandise on February 27th 2003, The product was on back order at that time. On March 24th a shipment was sent to her. She complained that she did not receive her shipment. We sent another shipment of 5 bottles. That is 10 bottles in all. The customer then contacted Mastercard and requested that she be given her money back. This after we processed a second shipment in good faith at no charge to her. This demonstrates that we are not a corrupt company as it has been suggested.
