I ordered night vision glasses, from ClearSight Glasses, in good faith and received reading glasses, which I do not need. I was told I could pay to return the wrong product and wait to receive my refund, but was recommended to keep the unneeded glasses and receive a partial refund, which was the only way I could recoupe some of my money.
They then had the audacity to reply to my final email complaint, by requesting a survey on their service. I feel this is a bait and switch operation.
