Clearwater Communications - Stephen Kordella Waste of time, unless you like trying to sell phones door to door to unsuspecting business owners and their employees Aventura Florida
For a company that is "expanding" and located in 5 states with 9 different locations, this company is incredible, as only one location shows up on any search, Aventura , FL.
Their Internet site lists no last name for the main "partner" in the firm, nor does he give any prospective candidates his last name upon introduction. No worries, a little Internet digging will tell you that despite the fact that the company doesn't have any business cards, the man you meet the first day is Stephen Kordella.
He will tell you about his history with the company and seem to relate to your situation. If you are invited back for a second interview, don't waste your time. I spent an entire day with an "account manager" and another employee who had been hired 4 days before. In essence, I watched her correct his mistakes while teaching me little to nothing except, that persistence brings results. The second day of interviews is simple, dress in a suit and walk door to door following someone around, who goes from business to business telling each business owner that the store next door is a client of their firm, regardless of the facts and that they can save you money on your cell phone bill by switching you to t-mobile.
Simply put, if you don't mind stretching the truth as far as you possibly can, while being promised unrealistic compensation, and being on your feet from 8 am to 6pm, this is the job for you.
