ClearWater Communications,Venicom,Steven Kordella Telecom Management Associates, Venicom Scam Artist, Deceptive Unproffesional Rip-off Company Be careful RUN dont WALK away from this company. Scottsdale , Arizona
I received 2 faulty phones one that was so hot it seem like a health hazard one with a broken screen which was lost by Fed Ex,when they found the phone and delivered it there was a hairline crack on the front of the screen.
I called Venicom about both phone and received the most unprofessional customer service they were suspicious and on several
attempts tried to shift the blame on me. I had to demand the return of the first phone which they refused at first, upon telling the representative that it was a health hazard the heat of the phone against my ear seemed dangerous and I would keep them responsible should I be injured. I expressed that I would like the call escalated to a Supervisor and was told that if I did not have insurance I would not get a replacement. I was furious. I did not have the phone a day before I called in with an issue. Upon speaking to a supervisor I was told that it was normal for a android phone to be hot. I had an android before
this new device and it was no where close to the same temperature. I even consulted family which they agreed. I stressed to the supervisor that if I was injured Venicom would be responsible. This seem to change the supervisor's mind and a second phone was sent out. I was to send the faulty device back when I received the new one. I received it Tuesday.
Upon opening up the box I did not immediately notice the hairline crack. I received numerous calls asking for the original phone which I sent out. I called Venicom to let them know the issue. More suspicion and acquisitions. I was again furious with the rudeness. They stated until the second one was received I would have to use a crack phone. Three days went by with a broken phone. I also needed 5g instead of 2g. I was fed up I was canceling since it was within my 14 days I called T-Mobile
to cancel the rep stated they would give me a 5g at a 2g rate to stay. Since I called and t mobile switch me from 2g to 5g Venicom is stating I am going to be billed for both phones and a $400 breach contract.
They are asking for me to pay for merchandise I do not have they received the phones which were damaged and are more than likely going to refurbish my broken phone for resale This company states that there is a savings not true its a rip off the Terms and conditions are vague.
As for Steven Kordella he preys on peoples dreams and has then go from business to business trying to sell service for this rip off company, it is some type of pyramid scam he even suggests you get a phone and service as a condition of employment stating that it can enhance sales the whole company from Venicom,ClearWater,TMA is a bunch of scam artist.
