we are a victims of hurricane IKE, october 2008 carl e.click showed up to our front yard along with the texas windstorm adjuster from florida, he made a contract with us said" he will fix our home from plate up for whatever we get from texas windstorm and we agree. we gave them 12,500. dollars on december 17,2008 and they told my husband they are going to order the roof that he likes by january, but did not happened they removed all the shingels and cut off four foot of our walls inside make it look like they are working on our house,but february they said they are going to order the material but they dont have enough money for the labor,so larry pyatt ask for more and we gave them 6,000. dollars more
on march 7,2009,two weeks later the house still dont have the roof, my husband called them and they said they went home for easter to visit family,second week of april 2009 we called again and larry pyatt'the partner ' said the ABC METAL COMPANY deliver the wrong material so they have to send them back, but they will start in five days, but never happened, after that,larry pyatt disappear like a bubbles in the air, wont answer his phone, we called carl e. click the owner asking our money back because we just got tired of their excuses and lies but he said the money is gone without remorse, that he is not going to give them back because he did not have the money, and later on we went back to crystal beach texas where our damage home is and we found out that they ripp off some people also in that little town, and later on we found out that they been doing this also in FLORIDA,
so please if anyone out there that can help us stop this people PLEASE HELP US, my concern is they been doing this for a long time ang getting away with the crime that they are committing,please HELP. I know they are continue ripping people off, they abandoned our home with out roof and now the damage inside extended thru out the whole house.,it will cost us more money to repair the damage they have cause us,,they wont answer theyre phone anymore, so please to all home owners be careful who you hire make sure you know them and you can trust them do not give any money up front, legit business dont ask for money right away, you all take care....thank you ripp off report.

Per the Hernando County Florida Sheriffs office website, there is a active warrant for the arrest of Carl. Not sure where you are in your case in Texas, but if you contact the Prosecutors Office in Hernando County they may be able to provide you with information that may be able to help you there in Texas. Or if you have any information on Carl let the Hernando County Sheriffs office know. There was another arrestinvolving one of this "partners" using his business license that was also arrested in Hernando County for principal in organized fraud, case is pending. Hope this helps you.
