In September 26, 2002 I signed up with click income to have a home based business. I spent $5,108 on it. I had a coach help me set up the web site it took about 4 weeks to do.
I sent in my Merchant account application the end of October. I thought the Merchant account would be set up by Thanksgiving or sooner. So I tried to purchase something off of my website and did not receive the product nor was the credit card billed but we have a copy of the order.
On Feb 11, 03 I contacted the Sales guy who sold us the package and told him about the merchant account. He then told me I was supposed to receive a phone call from the Marketing Mentor and that they were trying to call for several months. I had not received a phone call from the Marketing Mentor until March 3, 03. The Sales guy then proceed to tell me I was in breech of the contract.
So then I asked the Sales guy to give me back my money because it has taken to long to get the website up and running from the end of Sept to now March I still have a unfinished web site.
