Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Clickedin is owned by Franco Ieraci although under ClickedIn, he goes by the name, Frank Ieraci. You can read more about Franco/Frank Ieraci on Ripoff Reports under another company, Click SEO Marketing, that appears to have caused other people problems. Franco/Frank uses the same Canadian address for ClickedIn (for purposes of collecting credit card charges) that he used for what appears to be the now defunct Click SEO Marketing that others were complaining about. You can search his name and the company name.

ClickedIn is an artificial intelligence-based marketing system that operates in connection with LinkedIn. ClickedIn claims it will allow you to search leads on LinkedIn, send connection requests to those leads, and engage with LinkedIn connections via the LinkedIn platform. Almost immediately, I began experiencing problems, everything from the system just not operating to my receiving a notice from LinkedIn stating: "we do not permit the use of software tools that automate activity on LinkedIn. Can you please disable any such tools ...?" Frank wrote that this doesn't apply to ClickedIn for some unexplained reason.

I made minimally 11 complaints to Frank (Franco) Ieraci and his team and each time they blamed system bugs and outages on LinkedIn or user error. I requested they return my money. Ieraci said he would only refund 1 month, even though I paid for 6. I then filed a dispute with American Express.

As part of his response to AmEx, Frank Ieraci sent AmEx a forged email from me stating how happy I was with his service and wanted information on a referral program, despite on that very that same day I continued to demand a refund.

In trying to locate a physical address for Ieraci, it appears he is somewhere in the Miami, FL area. His contract has Fulton County, GA for any disputes (odd), but ClickedIn is incorporated in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, with a physical space in what appears to be a strip center by the side of the road.

Others complaining about him for running out on paying his personal rent, are also not able to "find" the guy. You can't sue someone who you can't serve. That's probably why he employs people from outside the U.S. for sales and customer service. Nothing wrong with that, provided it is not a tactic to become judgment proof, which I suspect Franco Ieraci is.

While I don't recommend dealing with this company or its owner at all, if you do, before engaging with them, confirm with LinkedIn their ability to latch onto their system to generate leads. If LinkedIn catches this, they will kick YOU off of their system. ClickedIn and Ieraci walk away unscathed and with your money.

Response to Frank (Franco) Ieraci

#2Author of original report

Tue, November 26, 2019

Frank, I wasn't aware you had responded to my original post until today when another of your disgruntled customers contacted me. They were able to do this because you posted my name and email address (despite Ripoff Report specifically stating to "not sign your name or include any e-mail addresses in the report"). This is now allowing others who have not received the service we paid for to organize and to take action.

So readers aren't misled, here are some of the statements you made in your rebuttal:

- "You had an issue from day one." This is correct and I appreciate you acknowledging this in writing.

- "You used our software for over 6 months."  I purchased your service on June 3, 2019. Your rebuttal to my ripoff report is dated October 15, 2019. That is only 4 months, so how could I have used the service for 6 months? Also interesting is that if I purchased a 6 month subscription, how could I have used your service for "over" 6 months?

-  "(Y)ou only requested (a refund) once the 6 months were up" - On July 29, 2019, after filing 11 complaints with your company about your non-functioning system, you sent an email offering me a refund for one month, as you also acknowledge in your rebuttal.

- "You mentioned I sent false documents to AmEx" - I actually wrote that you "forged an email" from me that you sent to AmEx with the exclusive purpose of defrauding AmEx.

- "I can prove that my address does indeed exist." OK, what is your address? You have a Miami, FL phone number, a company incorporated in Toronto, CA and in your terms and conditions page, you state the jurisdiction for disputes is "Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia." This jurisdiction and language in ClickedIn's terms and conditions are identical to another company's website, that you can see here: https://www.leadtool.pro/terms-of-service

- "All our other clients have no problem and love using our system." Not according to those who have contacted me for help in tracking you down to receive their refund. Check this out: https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/click-seo-marketing-inc/internet/click-seo-marketing-inc-nbspfranco-ieraci-the-owner-of-click-seo-marketing-scammed-m-1341652 or https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/franco-ieraci-click-social-marketing/miami-florida-33132/franco-ieraci-click-social-marketing-franco-ieraci-franco-angelo-jr-ieraci-scam-artist-1447669

- "It's unfortunate that you didn't allow me to speak with you before doing all this." But we did speak, Frank. A few times. And I complained. Several times. And I wrote you emails. And you responded on July 29, 2019: "System does work ... We don't offer refunds."

Frank, we are just learning that this is the tip of the iceberg for what you're up to.

More to come, folks.

Regarding Your Issue

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, October 15, 2019

Kathy,

For some reason, you didn’t display your name, the reason why I know it's you, is because you’re the ONLY client that has ever disputed a charge against us and I have nothing to hide and can respond with confidence and with honesty.

You had an issue from day one even though I called you multiple times to help and assist. My team has set up multiple calls with you to continue to help with any issues you were having. You used our software for over 6 months, received leads and then put a dispute to get your money back? Is that fair to us?

How would you feel if somebody used your services, you put in the hard work and time and then they call their credit card to put a dispute? And take it all away from you? Do you really think that’s fair or ethical? I’m sure every business owner would do the same to protect their business/income and You as a Businesswoman should know better and instead of making false claims about myself and my company you post reviews online?

The professional way is to contact me to work it out. Yes, I offered you a one month refund to make peace, good faith and to be professional. You used our software for 6 months, and NEVER requested a refund the whole time, you only requested it once the 6 months were up. Why? because you wanted to use our service for free?

If somebody was as unhappy as you claim, Why wouslnt you rquest a refund earlier? I dont think anyone would wait 6 months, it would be addressed right away which clearly you didn't. You used our oftware, daily, weekly and monthly.

You made a lot of false claims about my company and myself which in my opinion is very unprofessional and your jeopardizing people's reputation for no reason at all! How would you feel if somebody made false claims about you online?

You mentioned I sent false documents to Amex? Really? I simply forwarded all emails to them because it's the truth of what was told to us. I really don't understand all this and why you chose to go this route. I'm really shocked about all these false claims you made. You also said something about rent?

I have NO idea what that even means and I’m sure I’m not the only Frank or Franco in this world so maybe there’s some confusion there. If you really want to come visit me, that's no problem at all, I can prove that my address does indeed exist.

You keep mentioning that our software doesn’t work, so why do all our other clients have no problem and love using our software? Why do we have numerous positive video and written testimonials online? As you recall, when you claimed our software wasn’t working, you didn’t have your campaigns set up correctly and had no connection scheduled to send out and we mentioned that to you.

We again helped you with that and ran all your campaigns for you. Was there a few bugs here and there, of course, it happens, it's a software and we always make sure we address and fix any issues that arise daily. All of our clients understand that this can happen and i'm sorry if you feel it wasn’t to your expectation.

I'm not here trying to point fingers, but you leave me no choice making these statments online. We were there for you everyday, we set up multiple calls and addressed any issue you had because that's what Clickedin is all about. Customer service is and will always be our mumber one priority.

I can apologize if you didn’t have the experience you "expected" but we did our part and above to always assist and we're still here to help you with anything you need.

I've been in marketing for 11+yrs and I know the reputation I REALLY have, I’ve grown and made partnerships because of the person I am. I always try to please everyone and accommodate as much as possible but what I learned in life is you can't always please everyone, there will always be that ONE person to try and ruin years of your hard work and I can say with confidence that I'd rather make 1000's of people happy then one not happy and even though I tried everything to please and make you happy it was just never enough.

So im not to concerned or worried about this review online. Everyone has an opinion and has the freedom to express it, some do it face to face, some choose to go online. Everyone knows that this website Rip off report is a bogus website and allows NOBODY to defend themselves whether it’s true or false,

Kathy, I want to wish you all the luck and success and I really hope you find closure with this and find a solution that can help your company.

One of the first things you said to us is "I haven’t found the right fit with companies yet and you hope Clickedin is the one" Now I can understand why you haven't. As long as I can say to myself that I tried and even offered you a partial refund which still wasn’t enough, then it is what it is, I’m sorry I can't make you happy. We'd love to have you back and do whatever we can do to make it right and put this behind us and my team and myself will welcome you back with open arms.

I also want to mention that the other companies your referring that I owned were actually very successful and I have sold them and it's still servicing people today. So, it was not “defunct” as you claim. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t allow me to speak with you before doing all of this so I can prove who I really am and not what you claim I am.

Thank you and I truly wish you all the best

Kathy Hammond
