CLIFFORD HALL THE MAINTENANCE MEN CONTRACTORS, LLC LIAR-THIEF-OVER-CHARGED Houston, Texas
I got scammed by sthis so called contractor and all I have is the original statement of work we both signed. I was not satisfied with his initial work and subsequently cancelled the exterior house painting. The owner claimed he already had the paint mixed and bought two 5 gallon cans, so he could not return it to the store. I never saw any receipts and he claimed he returned them to me by leaving them in front of my garage door. I never got any paint and he kept my $225 check and stated that my neighbors must have stolen the paint. I also paid him $250.00 to pressure wash one side of my house which had mold and mildew and all he did was spray it down with a bottle of clorox solution to cover the stains, then left me one bottle and no once again no receipts for products purchased which was not our agreement.
