Club Navigo/Island One/Liki Tiki Village: have a contract stating that we have a three bedroom non-floating set week (week 24) at liki tiki village, but Club Navigo does not honor the contract, continually directs us to smaller units, and rents out our unit to sales prospects. We have never been able to use our unit since acquiring it in 2003. We also get bills for property taxes and fees, pay them, and then this past year get an addendum bill for more property tax.
A review of the property tax records indicates the 86% of the fees paid go to company/sales bonuses and junkets to ingratiate sales people while the property fall into disrepair and misuse. The company has already gone through bankruptcy, has an unforgiving business model, and has burned through their cash reserves as evidenced by their bankruptcy filing and continues financially only through ongoing selling of repossessed units and renting of unused units through not fulfilling requests of current owners. This is an extremely disreputable company.
