We were solicited by a man at an atraction in Branson and given show tickets to attend a 90 min presentation. The presentation was almost tow hours. We were told our children would be taken care of while weh were in the meeting. They are 9 and 11, they were put in a small room with infants and toddlersw and for over two hours had to sit watching kid tv and nothing to eat or drink.
The presentation was longer than expected and promise great saving on travel. I am a minister and run trips for my congregation several time s a year. The salesman assured me that they would be able to save us money on the church trips as well as those of my family.
I called for a price on a one night stay in Little Rock AR and never recieved a call back. I called for rooms for my choir in Mt Home AR and was told that I could get better prices if I call myself and book the rooms at a group rate. I called to get rooms for spring break 2013 in Winter Park for a ski trip. After 3 weeks I was finally told that could not get me the condos in Winter Park.
I stopped payment on the auto draft on my account. Now I am looking for a refund for the $350 down payment but cant seem to get anyone to help me. The contract clearly states that the saleman made no untrue statments during the presentation. Well He did so that is a breech of contract.
