Club Select Steve Novin Club Select has received a judgement against the Company and is refusing to pay judgement claiming "NO MONEY" and is threatening to file bank ruptsy so not to pay judgement. Gilbert Arizona Arizona
Agreement:
In 2011 Michaelis Construction LLC (MC) signed an agreement with Club Select (CS) and Steve Novin to be their Authorized Roofing Company for any REMax realtor that used CS. CS is basically a resource for realtors who have clients who need work or services on a house. MC paid CS $2500 to have an exclusive agreement and source of leads. MC was to receive a minimum of 30 leads over a one year period. Club Select only provided 4 leads that were all but one from the same realtor on houses that were not under contract or were there any persons living in the homes. After 3 months of only receiving 3 bad leads and 1 free repair MC called to inquire about the poor leads. MC was informed that our services were terminated and that no prorated refund would be provided.
Courts Details:
After several months of trying to rectify this confusion MC decided to take this matter to the courts were the Judge found that the CS contract and business practices were "UNFAIR and declaired a judgement in favor of MC" for almost the full amount paid initially to CS.
Threatning Bank Ruptsy:
Steve Novin the owner of CS has made every effort to disclose that he will never pay the judgement. MC has made every effort to collect the debt but MR. Novin had determined that he would rather pay lawyers to deflect payment than to pay his debt. He now claims that CS has to many debts and is considering Bank Ruptsy in order to not pay his unlawful debt to MC. He says he will reopen his same business under a new name just so he does'nt have to pay....
Conclusion:
To any realtor who knows of Club Select or Steve Novin this information is for you! His whole business is designed around protecting realtors when in fact his sole mission is to pad his own pockets. He claims to verify and check contractors backgrounds and then when the contractor has to take CS to court on grounds of failure to perform the terms of the agreement he uses the very items he was supposed to check for against the contractor. Steve Novin never verified insurance coverage, contractor licensing, customer satisfaction. He tried to use that which he is supposed to verify prior to ever accepting a contractor against the contractor after the contract has been signed and money for services rendered. Thank goodness for a Judge that could see and verify that every lie used to discredit MC was used to prove MC case against CS.
