This is a very serious fraudulent act against a consumer.  A Yamaha sound bar was purchased (along with many other home entertainment units) on March 31st, 2010.  This is the only unit that was never delivered. I opened a 1 year, no interest Mitsubishi Credit Account to purchase these electronics.  That means Clyde's was paid for these units by the credit company in April, 2010.  Over the course of the next 2 months, all I got were excuses and false delivery dates for this sound bar.  Finaly, in June I went in to Clyde's and talked to my salesperson, LIZ, about returning my money.  She admitted they couldn't get the Yamaha 3050 sound bar (why not? I could get this through Best Buy or How's that Sound in Chico.  I have my suspicions of where my return money was spent by Clyde's).  Anyway, LIZ said she would call HSBC Credit and refund my money to my credit account.  Over the next 3 months, I never saw a credit on my monthly statement and when I called Mitsubishi Credit, they said they have NEVER received any paperwork or phone calls from Clyde's crediting my account.  I won a judgement on November 2, 2010 in Shasta County Small Claims court for the cost of the Yamaha sound bar, sales taxes charged, and filing fees.  Clyde's Next Generation had no intention to refund my money.  No one from their store even showed up in court to refute my allegations.  I will now seek out a lawyer and persue this refund plus civil charges.  Look up Clyde's Next Generation on Shastagov.org and see how many others have sued Clyde's Next Generation for fraud.
