CMC Communications Inc. Ripoff on Advertising Birdsboro Pennsylvania
Our company paid for an ad in a community guide in May of 2003. Ever since then, we keep getting different dates as to when the ad is going to be published. We paid $500 for that ad. It has been 17 months since we submitted our artwork and payment and no ad yet. I have tried contacting someone to help me out but keep getting voices messages. I had sent emails to Chip, who I believe is the president of the company, and he also kept giving different dates for our ad to be published. For the last month, even Chip, the president of the company, has ignored my emails. And today, when I tried getting someone to help me, Kevin (from Accounting) answered the phone. He was very disrespectful and arrogant, not even trying to help. After I demanded to have a live person assist me, he hung up on me and blocked my phone number from their system. So now I can even get through their lines.
