Saw an ad for FREE sample of beauty product, but you had to pay shipping of 4.95. There was no agreement to sign up for ongoing orders. Free, free free. And was suppose to be a product developed by Megan Kelly of Fox News. Got sample, 2 weeks later I'm billed for 89.85. Called toll free number, they were very rude and refused to refund anything, but said I could get 35% off on all my future purchases that I'm already signed up for. I was beside myself, said, No way!!!! Don't want your discount, want my money refunded. Again, they were rude and said No way, our software doesn't allow us to do anything but give you a discount on your future AUTOSHIP purchases!!! Wished them a Merry Christmas and hung up. Contacted my bank, disputed the debit and reported consumer fraud. What else can you do?? PLEASE don't order anything from these people as they are bottom feeding scum using deceptive ads to rip people off.
