Coast Guard Financial Services Got me really excited, then really depressed! Los Angeles, California
I got basically the exact same notification as many of the others on this web site. I'm a second place winner for $255, 000.00, sent me a check for $4,685.00 to cover the processing fee of $3,950.00. There just seems to be an awfully large number of 2nd place winners for this prize. Thank you for posting this information, so my high hopes were quickly straightened out before I tried to do something stupid. May all Ripoff Artist like this burn in hell for eternity with nothing to look at but a bogus check from their company!
