THIS COMPANY IS VERY SHADY AND THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. THEY WILL HIRE YOU AND WHEN THEY GET PAID DIRECT THEY REFUSE TO PAY THE FEE YOU ARE RIGHTFULLY ENTITLED TO. WE PROVIDED A SERVICE FOR THEM AND AFTER THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR OUR SERVICE.

JAMES PORTER, JUDY AND CLAUDE ARE ALL SCAM ARTIST. THEY LIKE TO HUIRE COLLECTION AGENCIES TO DO THEIR COLLECTING AND THEN NOT COMPENSATE THEM AS THEY SHOULD WHEN THEIR DEBTORS PAY THEM DIRECT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The author of the original report is non other than "Ted Johnson" of Ranger Financial Services. I am amazed that there are currently no ripoffreport.com concerns related to them, at least not yet. A simple Google search of them will reveal just what type of company they really are.

This company, Ranger Financial, was indeed hired by my company to collect on a debt from the mentioned company. However, what was excluded is the fact that the collectors of Ranger Financial contacted our customers and rudely insulted them, made threats, explicit sexual comments, and violated just about every possible rule that the fair debt collection act could possibly contain.

Our customers were threatened in such a manner that they refused to have any dealings with Ranger Financial and contacted us directly. After Ranger found out that the customer contacted us they began to call our office and harass us in the same manner.

They made threats of physical harm towards employees. They made sexually explisit comments towards employees. They threatened to call our customers and tell them that we do not pay our bills. In adition, they lied about their credentials and the customers that they represent. They lied about being acredited with the BBB, and so many other lies.

In the end, as soon as we received the money from the original debt we paid Ranger Financial their money. We would be happy to prove this to any potential customer that might be reading their complaint.

Also, this is the second time in the company's history since 1984 that a collection agency was hired by the company to collect a debt.
