Cohen Loan Agency James Cohen loan scam artist antwerp, belgium and singapore, Other
Due to my son having cancer and his medical bills I was in need of a loan. James Cohen from Cohen Loan agency, singapore and Belgium. offered me a loan, his website said he did FHA, VA and personal loans giving his Co registration number as 04422244, his Consumer Credit license as 05693477, and his DPA number as Z6925158. I was in contact with this man for over l year until I finally relented and sent him 300.00 and a scanned copy of my drivers license to have the loan western unioned to me.
I was to receive the funds three hours after he received the funds I sent. Obviously that never happened. I sent numerous emails, he finally emailed me back and said there was a problem and it would cost an additional 670.00 to get the loan, but due to my sons medical condition he would do it for 300.00 more. I asked for a refund, now he tells me that a. the money was spent to open a loan file for me, b. it was used for taxes he had to pay for my loan (that I never got) it was used for an appraisal (it was a personal unsecured loan). when I told him that the FTC numbers he has listed are fake (I finally checked). He said he is not registered in the US. This man is a scam artist, I am out my money due to my own stupidity but hopefully this will help stop someone else from being ripped off!
