Wow, the response you filed is very angry and denegrating. Since you are probably one of the proprietors of Cohen's I won't dignify your claim of satisfaction. The fundamental issue is that $600 was spent on Jimmy Choo Eyeglasses that cracked and fractured within six months under normal use. Jimmy Choo has been notified, The NJ Division of Consumer Affairs has been Notified. The main hq for Cohen's has been notified and your store will be notified when the suit papers arive. So please continue with your hostile projection. In my opinion Cohen's sells garbage and won't stand up when it counts.

Let me start by saying I will not take advice from some idiot who does not know how to spell...I have purchased glasses from Cohen's in Wayne several times, as a matter of fact ,my whole family has done the same for numerous years. We always get the warranty and it is always one year from the date of picking them up. I have also been in the situation where my glasses had to be repaired and everyone at Cohen's was very helpful. I do not believe that anyone at Cohen's could be abusive, abrasive, or nasty. I love getting my glasses from Cohen's and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
I believe security were probably laughing at your demands!!!

What does the warranty say?
Very often stores sell an "extended warranty" that runs concurrently with the mfg warranty. So if you have a 60 day mfg warranty and a 1 year extended warranty, the extended warranty will still end 1 year after purchase. Not 1 year and 60 days. The only advantage you have for the first 60 days is instead of having to deal with the mfg you deal with the store.
By the way regardless of what you think the store security wasn't laughing at just the store personnel. Even after you left I am sure that they were getting some good chuckles.
