CoinSPark Exchange Removed dividends after ICO offered a refund but never came through Internet
CoinSpark initiated an ICO promising 25% of the profits from the exchange to token holders. A few weeks after the ICO ended they announced that the 25% dividends will not happen. They offerred a refefund for those that wanted it, but did not fulfill for everyone or anyone for that matter.
