Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty BEWARE BUYERS!!!! Richfield, Minnesota
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Do Not sign any agreement to be represented by this company unless the agreement has been clearly explained to you. If you think a commission is being paid by the seller and no money will come out of your pocket, you are wrong. Make sure you understand the agreement. Coldwell Banker makes a buyer pay a extra commission on top of the commission they already receive from the seller.
It makes no sense to be loyal to a Coldwell Banker agent because the company will stick it to you for your loyalty to the tune of about $450. Try to talk to them about it and their response is basically 'too bad' stupid buyer.
Take some good advice from me. Stay far, far away from this company. A buyer should not have to pay a commission on top of a commission the seller has already paid! Sign on with Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty and that is exactly what you will do!
