I received the same letter from this company. Although they give you a Woburn MA address to send your payment, I was informed by the Better Business Bureau that they are headquartered out of Carson City Nv. A quick check of this company on the BBB shows more than 140 complaints. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Northern Nevada Inc, 4834 Sparks Blvd Suite 102 Sparks NV 89436-8157 (775)322-0657. Or just file online at their website.
I contacted US Weekly. They said that they have been informed that a company out of MA has been sending out collection notices without authorization. I've also filed a complaint with the FTC, sending a complaint to my State Attorney General and to the Postal Inspector.

I received the same pink letter today for a USweekly magazine that I have never ordered, never read and never would, asking for $332.50. I have sent this letter to the USPS Postal Inspectors Scam alert. The company is out of Woburn MA and with PO Box 4133
