Collect Pros They sent me a collection notice for something that I had never heard of, marked urgent notice. Carson City Nevada
I received a letter in my mail box on April 6, 2015. The letter was addressed to me, but they used my previous last name. I have been married since November of 2013.
The letter stated, "This is an attempt to close your account". I never ordered anything online or via phone. I was told in the letter, that it was a courtesy to collect the past due amount of $79.95 for a product called Pure Garcinia. I tried calling the number listed, but could not get a person on the phone, instead a recording answered, then hung up on me.
I became troubled and concerned. I did not order this product and do not understand why i am being billed for it.
