My wife and I signed up for this program in order to help with my daughter's transition to college. The representative informed us that we could cancel at any time. After three months in the program, the folks at CAA did NOTHING AT ALL, except take the monthly payments. When we inquired about the services that were promised but never delivered, we were told that we must have misunderstood the agreement.
Upon pointing out the specific promises that were not fulfilled, the representataive responded, "well there's still time." I advised her that the time to fulfill their commitment was when they received compensation for the stated commitments. I then informed her that the refund portion of the contract was not signed by a CAA representative which makes the contract void. Surprisingly, the call dropped!!!! Simply stated, in my opinion, this company, this program, and those who represent the company are all scams. Save yourself a major headache and find college scholarship assistance elsewhere.
