I took my 1995 honda accord for a 21 point inspection because it failed emmissions. I also supplied them with the failed report from the testing station. It took over two weeks for the inspection. The initial estimate was for $3700. I told them no thanks, I don't want every belt and hose changed back to honda stock. For $1200 they would fix my emmisions problem and replace a motor mount.

I agreed, two days later I went to pick it up and had it retested. It failed worse. I took it back and now they wanted thousands of dollars more. They obviously didn't even test it for emmisions at the dealer even though they had all of the equipment to do so. weeks go by and they keep calling me for more money, they now need exhaust gaskets for $180 the labor would be provided for free. I looked up the gasket and it was less than a dollar. They also wanted $470 for a fan I found for $36.

When I finally got my car back over a month later it was filthy on the inside and smelled like a mechanics *ss. Grease was all over the interior and floorboards. During the course of the repair they couldn't work on my car for 6 days because of various days of for people. Don't ever take your car here.

The Service Manager called me the morning after the first posting and offered me a partial refund of $260, bringing the total back to what was originally agreed upon. I agreed. Problem solved.
