Avoid! My move out bill was $7,200.
When I gave my 30 day notice I learned that during the moveout inspection they expect reciepts from licensed grass cutters, cleaners, yard fertilization, pest control, carpet cleanets etc etc. I found this very odd since they did not come with me on a move-in inspection and the place was not close to perfect! (It took me two months to kill the roaches after their exterminator returned twice.)
After 20 years in the army I am an expert at properly clearing a house. Didn't matter for these folks. They insist: You MUST hire a company to do the final cleaning and yard work.
They charged me for hauling off 800 pounds of trash! You know how? They hauled off the landscaping stones that were already on the property. Wtf??
They charged me to remove the cable TV canles that were in the wall.
A year before, a wind storm blew off some shingles. Two times I called them and they never called me back. I put those shingles in the garage. On the bill it shows they charged me to throw away the shingles!
They charged me $30 for a photo cd that I never asked for.
Avoid these folks. I am reporting them to Ft Hood housing.
