Dealership abandons its location and disconected their phone numbers and then when I'm past due is when the dealer contacts me that I'm past due on 7/11/2016 after i filed a complaint with the DMV and threaten to repo my vehicle and then states for me to pay him in his home where he is operating his bussines and when I contacted the DMV they stated that hes not allowed to run his bussines from his home and to not make any payments until somebody reaches out to the dealer. on 7/11/2016 in the morning I went to the DMV to find out why they abandon their location with out giving me any prior noticed I come to find out that they sold me a vehicle that was salvaged and I had no knowledge that it was a salvage title.i specifically told the owner and expressed to them that I was looking for a car that had no accidents and the owner and manager both stated that it was clean title. I was at the DMV today on 7/19/2016 and they stated that the dealer send a paper that states I had knowledge of the vehicles history being salvaged but me and my wife never sign anything that said salvage vehicle, they forged my signature and it looks like a scanned signature, I have never seen that document in my life and as of today the dealer come and repos my vehicle with still no place of business where I can make any payments then on my bill of sale it states they charged me $450 for transferring my tags when the DMV provided me the receipt of the actual amount paid were its states it cost them $97 for transfer and $43 for the registration and the DMV states that he cannot over charge some one on their plates because the DMV has one fee for all transfers. so he charged me 4x time the value of my tags and sold me a vehicle at $15,000 10x the amount. similar salvage vehicle. after looking online and in auctions with all the same specs and same vehicle (2012 Ford Flex) with salvaged titte goes for $1,500. they never disclosed to me or my wife that this car was salvage and before we agreed on price he was asking for 16k for that vehicle that's not worth no where near that. I negotiaded with him for about a week and on 3/09/16 got him down on price which made us feel like he was giving us a good deal because the car was clean titled and the KBB value of the car was around 15k to 17k but he keeped telling us that he was giving us a great deal and the car had no accidents that's why we signed but now hes falsifiying my signature so that he can reposess my car.us as the consumer having absolutely no idea of what he was doing. he also has many complaint at the DMV with other customer that they had taken advantage of and also theirs a complaitnt on BBB of them not doing good business and taking money from people and not going through the proper legal process of running their business.
