Colorado Corporate Control Colorado Corporate Control sends you a notice on an official looking letterhead that you are to pay them $225 for your business's periodic report to Directors and Shareholders. It's a rip-off. Colorad HIghlands Ranch, Colorado
Thankfully I'd read reports about an outfit called "Colorado Corporate Control." You receive a notice with an official looking letterhead asking for an annual payment fee of $225.00 to file your "Periodic Report" to Directors/Shareholders.
The Colorado AG has warned consumers about this but we almost got fooled. It's a total and absolute scam. There is no mailing address other than a P.O. Box. No phone numbers of websites.
Again, it looks very official but is a SCAM.
Don't fall for it!
