Once again this company Colorful Impressions has taken advantage of another customer. I purchase 2 orders 3/30/2010 and 4/01/2010.  The company states special orders take 2- 4 weeks. What a joke!  I have been given so many excuses.  First it was the woman had vertiago.  Next it was she had a stroke.  Then it was breast cancer.  This woman sounds too sick to be running a business.  She also states no one else can do the orders.  Get this the weather has been too rainy! The city the business is located in must be severly flooded.  It takes a long time for the films to dry she states.

As you can see it has been excuse after excuse.  I was given a tracking number last week and guess what it was never brought to Fed Ex.  She just printed out a label from her computer.

A note to all future customers please beware of this company.  It is bad news so stay away.  The items listed on the website look nice but that is all that is nice about this company.

We apologize for the delay in this customers order. Some the items in the statement were added for good measure we assume and were untrue. Either way they are correct that we could not fill the order in a timely manner. It is true that we only have one(1) painter of the films and clings. The customer is getting a one of a kind piece of art. We do the best we can to fill each and every order and sometimes life happens. This customer was fully refunded around the same time they left this report. They were working with us and wanted the product and we kept in full contact with them. If we are so bad we would have many many more reports. We are doing what we can as a small business. We apologize for any harm or bad feelings we may have caused. Thank you, Colorful Impressions.
