I ordered window film on Feb. 1.  After numerous email inquiries, to which I only received excuses for order delay, I requested a refund on March 11. In response to this request, I was told my order was completed and would ship the next day. March 13, I received an email confirming shipment (no tracking number included).  On March 23, I emailed again stating that I still have not received the order and asking for tracking number of shipment.  No response.  At this point, I will settle for nothing less than a full refund.

The post office located the missing package and returned it to us for damage.

Customer has requested a full refund. Refund was sent through Paypal today 3/30/10.

Order Shipped and Being Tracked By Post Office

This Customers order was shipped March 12th as promised. Since the customer did not get the order over-night she freaked out and went to the BBB. Yes we do have a F rating for old Ebay Days when things were tight and we could not get our orders out as fast as customer wanted since we hand make window films and they do take time. The customer went nuts and demanded a refund. I have shipped her product and it is in limbo right now. The post office said they cannot file a cailm until it has been missing for 30 days. Once I have confirmation from the post office the product is infact lost or missing I will issue a full refund. If it turns up the customer did get the order, no refund will be issued. Customer is now going off the deep end my reporting us to the Ripoff Report, BBB and the Attorney General's office for a $80.00 order. She will be taken care of.
