This business needs t be put out of busines. My wife had rented a fridge from this place, I advied against it but none the less. The price was $850 on the floor and we were given a $500 credit from the bull**it that happened in the past. Balance of $350. we hv made 6 payments of $150 and according to them it still isn't paid off. The manager Jose is a piece of *@#!. He has called my mother-in-law repeatedly and harrassed her , telling her to go get her cc and pay for the fridge. This fool and I made an arrangement last month to remove her contact info and replce with mine, he agreed and the very next day caalled her twice. After constant harrassing phone calls and the rudest com ser on the phone, we had it out on the phone last week. He has been told to come pick up their fridge bc according to them we still owe $. here's the funny part, now they refuse to come get it and trying to force u to keep it. a person can get arrested for "Theft of services" for not returning rented property but what can you do when the morons refuse to take it back after they have hounded you for 6 months.

I would never in a millions yrs refer anyone to this *@#!hole .

Why are they calling to harrass you?  Haven't made payments, right?  Thiese are BILL COLLECTORS calling you...NOT "customer service!

Looks like another deadbeat whining about having to pay their bills on time!

about  the rental terms?

You HAVE read it, haven't you?

I can guess the answer to that.

Read it, and if they're violating it, report them to the BBB and anyone else you can.

If they are abiding by the terms of the agreement YOU signed, it would be stupid to send the fridge back after what you've already paid.

Verbal agreements are generally worthless
