Why are they calling to harrass you? Haven't made payments, right? Thiese are BILL COLLECTORS calling you...NOT "customer service!
Looks like another deadbeat whining about having to pay their bills on time!

You HAVE read it, haven't you?
I can guess the answer to that.
Read it, and if they're violating it, report them to the BBB and anyone else you can.
If they are abiding by the terms of the agreement YOU signed, it would be stupid to send the fridge back after what you've already paid.
Verbal agreements are generally worthless
