On 11/29/08 I ordered the free 30 day sample of colotox for the shipping price of 5.95.

I received an e-mail stating that it would take up to two weeks to get the order due to popular demand.

I cancelled my order via e-mail to customer service.

On 12/23/08 I called customer service @ 1-888-692-8352 and waited for 1 hourto talk to someone.

I informed her that I wanted to cancel my order and that I was sending the product back today. She gave me a confirmation number and said no other charges would be taken from my account.

However, on 12/31/08 a charge from a company called fit- factory withdrew 29.95 from my account which in turn caused my account to have an over draft costing me $28.00. This is a company I have never heard of. Apparently they are connected to colotox.

On 1/7/09 a charge of 38.95 was taken from my account from Colotox. Again causing my account to be over drawn and costing me another 28.00.

If I am not mistaking this is called theft! Seeing how I canceled the order over the phone to an actual person and was given a confirmation number for proof that I cancelled the order. Again this was cancelled on 12/23/08. So how can they legally get away with this.
