I signed up for this free three day trial offer on Dec 1, 2010 and was not able to cancel before the end of my third day due to published hours of operation sent to me in an email and on the website under terms and conditions. I did attempt to call on the third "free" after the publish hours and was unable to talk to a person to cancel. My bank account was charged at some point over the weekend and I called Monday morning to cancel and get a refund of my $118.
The operator said a refund was not possible. Your free three days are expired and it is too late for any refunds. I wanted to initiate a fraud case and the operator threatened my with a lawsuit, forensic investigation on my laptop, DNA tests, and attorney fees.
The DA's office in Boulder, Colorado has also filed a complaint against Colotrim.
The only confirmation for this "free three day trail".
