Columbia House ripoff Payment Fraud Terre Haute Indiana
They took my money and lied about it.
I didn't have a credit card to pay online for the cd's I wanted to order from Columbia House, so the website gives you the option to print your order form and mail it in with the payment.
I mailed the order form with the money order to Columbia House. Three weeks go by and I did not recieve any cd's. My fiance calls Miss Judi Lanzone. She calls back the next day to so called rectify the situation. She finds out they never mailed the cd's because they claim I did not send in a payment.
I fax Operator # 21 Dixie the front and back copy of the money order receipt after going back and forth with them for 4 days. They claimed they would mail the cd's once they got the money order receipt copies. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and to date I still have not received any cd's it's now been a little over a month. I was told somehow my money order got separated from the order. Go figure
