I went in for my weekly routine. Ordered a Beef Party with Mozzarella cheese. The last time I ordered, they made it completely different and with less cheese, so I made sure to watch this time, because it was the owners son making it this time.
Normally, the beef patty is opened and mozzarella cheese is added to the complete half where thw meet is. It is then place in the oven STILL OPEN. The owners son only made a 2 inch incision and stuffed some mozzarella cheese in the hole.
I immediately told him I dont mimd if he opens it to put the cheese (I wasnt sure if other customers asked to make it that way specifically). His reply verbatim was, "This is how we do it here."
When I tried to explain this is the 3rd time its being made differently, the sons wife cuts in and takes over the conversation by plantly disrespecting me by seating I'm being rude, if I dont like it, I can leave, etc. To where the win states verbatim, "As a matter of fact, I dont want to serve you. YOU can leave because I'm not serving you anything."
Then his wife took my soda from counter and he took beef patty out of over and through it away. It was HORRID, ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR, AND HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL. If this business thinks they can serve people however they want and speak to people with such disrespect, they will not last long in business!!
