I signed up for service at the end of August with comcast for triple play phone internet and cable. Initial installation the tech did not have all the boxes needed to install. Second tech call the tech was never told to bring the additional receiver. Third tech call we were told a enhancer had to be installed to correct problems with signal and dvr not working properly. Fourth tech call tech said enhancer never installed and he installed it. Dvr records when it wants to. Freezes all the time. Does not tell you its recording.   Customer service is clueless. They promise tech calls at a certain time and date then no one shows then they tell you that they never told you that date in the first place.  This has happened three times in the last month. Stay away from comcast.  Going back to direct tv.  There customer service is great and you are not on hold for 30-60 minutes no    matter when you call.  Do yourself a favor and stay away from comcast.
