Comerxia.com Comerxia - International Online Store ripoff - My Order NEVER Arrived! Florida Florida
On the 27 Oct 05, I ordered some Glysomed Body and Hand Creams online with Comerxia.Inc International-Orders.com (Drugstore). Full payment was made for products and International shipping and handling fee. This was in total $USD 108.31(included 18 days standard delivery).
To this day my order has never arrived. On the 20th Dec 05 Comerxia International Order Centre has responded that they are still waiting for the drugstore to send the rest of the order to them before they can ship the whole completed order to me. This was because you have not received the full order for this shipments from your supplier (Drugstore) Having to wait for so long for an order to be completed does not make any sense to me and your reply sounds more as an excuse than the real truce.
I have been making a lot of enquires regarding my order with Comerxia Drugstore International Centre for the ETA. All I received was delaying excuses such as unable to track my order and they still could not tell me the exact day when my order was to be shipped. I am very frustrated and disappointed with your Company. Since I have paid in full for the product two months ago the order should have been delivered as promised within 18 days. So why haven't I got my order yet??
This is my first time purchasing through Internet and I have had such a bad experience with you. If I can't get this problem sorted out soon I will warn Global customers to beware dealing with your Company and I will get legal advice how to take this matter further.

I decided to cancel the order and request refund my money. I received my money back in full amount after the cancellation within 2 days. Thanks!
