SPOKE TO A REP TUESDAY, 11-26-2002, THEY SAID THEY MAILED MY RIGINAL BILL NOV 8 BUT ON THE PAST DUE NOTICE I RECEIVED IT HAD BILL DATE 11-22-02 AND THE PAST DUE DATE 10-29-02. AS I HAVE STATED I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL FROM THEM FOR ANY AMOUNT SINCE SEPTEMBER. AS FOR THE DATE THEY SAY THE BILL WAS SENT HE SURE A LONG TIME TO FIND THAT DATE, HE EVEN PUT ME ON HOLD. THE CONFUSING PART WAS THE PAST DUE NOTICE I RECEIVED. IF THE DUE DATE WAS 10-29-02 ON THE NOTICE WHY IS THE ORIGINAL BILL SENT ON THE 8 OF NOVEMBER? THIS IS VERY CONFUSING. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME THE DIFFERENCE IN THE DATES. MAYBE I'M MISSING SOMETHING. BY THE WAY THE POSTAGE DATE THIS PAST DUE NOTICE WAS SENT WAS11-22-02 I RECEIVED IT ON 11-25-02. THEY USUALLY GIVE YOU A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER THAT TO RESPOND. BUT THEY HAD ALREADY TURNED THE THE PHONE OFF THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED THE PAST DUE NOTICE. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THEY DID THIS. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND. AND MAKE SO SOMEONE LIKE ME CAN UNDERSTAND THE REAL PROCEDURES RELATED TO THIS MATTER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
