Disatisfied, Diamond Springs: This was my response to Commercial

Fabrics: I'm extremely dissatisfied with your product cover that I purchased

brand new and it was defective and your company, Commercial fabrics!!  I will certainly tell everyone and post on every site possible the dissatisfaction of your company taking no action for defective

materials.  I can't believe how excited I was to finally be able to afford a hot tub in my life and researched all information prior.  My excitement has turned into a nightmare with the purchase of this Viking Hot Tub and cover!!  Everyone is quick to sell you a wonderful hot tub and all this great warranty, then you turn around and make it so expensive to return and take no action and try to blame it on something I did.  This is not the case and as soon as I saw it, I contacted the company and forwarded pictures to them.  I have not tried to hide anything as your product was defective.  Thank you for wasting my money and my time.  I don't have any more money to put toward your defective covers.  I will be contacting Viking directly with how dissatisfied I am!   FYI: I purchased this Viking

Hot Tub in Rocklin, CA in April and within this time Ive Ive got to use this hot tub for about a week out of almost two months.  Once it got there and I set it up I needed a central power line and found out mine was not.  This was not their fault, however, after I got the central line in it would not work as the switch went bad. They company sent out a guy to fix it and put the cover bar on and deliver the stairs.  Then started it again and the GFI cable went out.  I called the company on a Thursday (just three weeks after purchase) and they scheduled person for Tuesday to come.  Well that Saturday it was mid 80s and the cover buckled inside hardened  up and blistered the outside liner.  I called the company and sent pictures to my sales rep. No word back until when Jason came out to fix the GFI cable and he took pictures waited a week and called them.  They said I have to call Commercial Fabrics as they dont cover it. Now they want $135 to over $400 more out of my pocket for the cover to ship to them. 

This is after spending over $4200 on the hot tub and $1000 for parts and labor to get it set up and $1000 for a greenhouse over it.  I work 4 jobs to make it and to get something that would benefit my muscle spasms.  This has made me more stressed out day by day.  Then when I went to look for a review under their company I found this site and someone else had problems with the same company.
