Like many others, I was defrauded over $6,000 3 years ago. I have not received a penny in return and nothing but pathetic uneducated morons calling me a and harassing and making serious threats. This is NOT Freedom of speech, this is NOT a legit company, this is NOT legal what they are doing. They are NOT lawyers nor anything. They pray on people and steal their hard earned money.
It is not too late to have these people arrested and charges filed. Every kingdom soon collapses and these people are on their last leg.
NEVER EVER send money to anyone via fax or facesmile under any circumstances. They use fake names, bogus awards, toll free numbers and do NOT have a physical office location. Using PO boxes and UPS stores as a front. They go between Ventura and Los Angeles county and move around to avoid capture.

I too have been harrassed by this company, after submitting an account for collection. They tried to shake me down for money, and when I did not fall for it they used shocking profane and obscene language to try to intimidate me!
Ventura County district Attorney's office has a fat file on these people, but due to budget contraints have no time or money to deal with this. They will tell you to see LA County, but they do not help either. They did tell me that their 'employees' are most likely ex-cons right out of prison. VERY FRUSTRATING, give them NO information!!!
They are also operating under the following names: FC-The Forwarding Company, CII - Commerical Investigations Inc, Joseph Steven & Assoc. aka JSA, Forensic Case Management Services aka FCMS
