All I can say is WOW, did you not read the suggestion not to use all caps? The little thingy about it being hard to read? This is a patheticly attempted defense that is typed in all caps and copy-pasted 3 times, nothing more. Please don't ever take this one down, it shows the level of professionalism that this rip-off commercial investigations, inc has. Thank you to the ex-employees for comming clean. So sorry rehab did'nt teach you to type, not sorry you're in another state now. I'm sure you will not read this because it has been 6 months past and you are probably back "on the pipe". insider2008 - a few seconds ago I am acurrent employee of this company...the number to call is: 877-230-1314...the owner, who everyone there calls "BOSS", is named DAVE and he is at #5301...his wife is named LORENA and she works in Human Resources. They moved over this last weekend to new offices located in a dumpy building in Van Nuys on Friar Street, across the street from a PUBLIC PARKING lot...some kind of pucky yellow color with outside storefront signage covered in yellow paint as well...you could also ask for FRANK in sales or STEPHANIE...EVERYONE there uses aliases for their 'protection'...so if some guy named JOHN LAW or WILLIAM HAMMER calls to collect, the last name is supposed to scare or intimidate you. I have privy to info and have seen first hand on how these idiots do business, and I am afraid to report that all the negative things written on this monstrosity of a collection agency are very TRUE ! In fact, I challenge any and all people to prove me wrong...and this how I can prove I work for CII: I will verify DAVES address where he keeps his race car in Ventura, California and also the opening SALES SCRIPT...it goes something like this: " Let me speak to the owner or controller regarding an investigation, I will hold." What investigation?!? That script is used in cold calling for leads...I know...I used to do it as well. They also have the practice of getting checks and not paying the CLIENTS their fair share...how do I know this? Because they get the checks and STAPLE them to the existing files...h*e do I know this? Because I watch the girls in AR do it all the time. I have also been apart of getting payments from CLIENTS in regards to LITIGATION and not doing anything else on the file because the whole point is to collect on the LITIGATION fee, that is where our leads on the floor want us to really push on. So if a company is owed 2500.00 and CII tries to collect it for them, what they really want is the LIT FEE. And in the above mentioned scenario could be as high as 1000.00. How do I know this? Because I have personally taken many of them for as much as I can get. They also have this weird little thing that they do...if the room is not noisy enough for them to believe you are working, they yell at you and the rest of your team to stand up from your desk...yes, that means you cannot sit down until either they say so or until a payment is taken...pretty childish I say. I wonder if they have good Workers Comp insurance because a few of those employed there could use Jenny Craig for Christmas, and the last thing they need is to be bending over at the waist to type notes on the file they are working because the company owner would much rather have money on the board rather than tend to the needs of his employees health at work...the building they moved into was so bad that one of the girls who sits in the front of the collection department was throwing up all day when rain water found itself a hole in the roof and caused the existing MOLD particles to become dislodged and permeate the air around her. They care nothing for us and our health, only the bottom line. I challenge the management to dispute this...remember DAVE and LORENA...your company is only as good as its employees. Try and hire a legitimate Collection and Sales TEAM, not a cut rate rag tag band of criminal gypsys.

I am a CURRENT employee of this company Tracy, and yes, there is a STEPHANIE in the company...she answers to DAVID HYNES at extension #5301...David Hynes is the OWNER...he drives a pretty fancy FORD MUSTANG SHELBY and seems to have alot of cash in his pocket...we just moved the offices from NEWBURY PARK, CALIFORNIA back to VAN NUYS, on FRIAR STREET...if you need to speak to someone in charge, please keep in mind that it is their practice to make you wait hoping that you just go away...if you can't get hold of DAVID HYNES, ask for his wife LORENA...EVERYONE there uses aliases to mask their real names..

I will go and contact the district attorney because they DO NOT work with complaints. I have been attempting to get SOMEONE at CII / the 3rd party company they us (but will not tell me the name of) / or the "attorney" they use and all I am told is they can't give out that information and someone will call me. NO ONE contacts me EVER. Just today alone this is what I went through (mutiply that by 50 for the other times I have attempted to get this resolved. 03-31-08 Sent file with customer service with Commercial Investigation - (Patricia Davis) Supervisor unavailable Heather Green left message for her to call back CII Customer Service (transferring 9:40am) Amy told her I wanted all our account information she asked me who I spoke with I told her Larry, she put me on hold 9:45 (still on hold) 9:49 (still on hold) 9:52 back transfer to accounting for review Accounting will today call back (they have to authorize paperwork being sent to me they dont know why They refuse to tell me anyones name in accounting 12:31 still no phone calls from anyone 1:17 no call back yet 3:12 CALLED THEM BACK Amy" put it through to them waiting for them to get back with her CAN NOT get in touch with accounting myself MUST WAIT 3:16 called Larrys office again looking to talk to Heather checking to see if shes available 3:21 transferring to Heather Need to look into hard file which is with customer service at CII doing some more research on this call back tomorrow That number that the employee provided never gets to an actual person by the way. I have called several times and each time it goes to a voicemail. I will contact the DA in regards to fraud. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF
