This customer was in a special program called BGP. He paid $100.00, then renewed for $50.00 and then attempted to renew again for $50.00 on 5/9/2009. The BGP program was terminated on 5/1/2009. The was upset he could not renew. At no time did he request a refund or return any leads. The BGP program was specifically based on an internet / aged leads model for brokers and LOs that could not afford the exclusive program. This company is NOT affilated with any other person or company.
