Commerical Investigations, Inc Whether or not we have been ripped off is still in question, however Steven Gains Van Nuys California
At this point, we are still waiting to see if we will collect on a judgement of $114,936.11 or not. I am filing a complaint against Steven Gains with Commerical Investigations. Steven is extremely high pressure - with his clients - and has become beligerant with me. I have had to forcefully remind him that he, in actualality, works for us.
As I mentioned, Steven was very high pressure and would call in excess for us to send the company money so that we could get a RIT of executation. He was very misleading on the time it takes for this to happen, and when later questioned about it he became agitated and blamed me. Since we have given his company over $13,000 to cover the legal fees, he has yet to return my phone call. I have left countless messages for him, and still no word from him.
I finally spoke with the legal department and was updated on our account. We are hopeful that they will be effective in getting the money we are owed, but the experience with Steven Gains has guarenteed that we will never work with CII again. I caution anyone who is thinking about working with this man and tell you first hand that you will have nothing but a nightmare with him. I am anxious for this to be over, as I will do everything in my power to let him and the community know what a miserable person he is. He mentioned that he was divorced several times.....I can understand why!
