Attracted to this organization because of their promise to donate to African children. Purchased T-shirt as gift, never received. Received multiple emails from Customer Happiness Manager Anthony (yes...the irony) about a backorder. I replied that I would wait. Never received. Emailed him back and was told that was odd, he couldn't find the order in the files and was possibly "lost in the mail". If it hadn't arrived in a week, I should email him. I did and never heard back. Very sad that people will claim to be a charity and are clearly ripping people off. Answer your email and send the shirt! Did a search for reviews (unfortunately AFTER my issues with them) and found same story :(
