I received an offer "America's Secret Cash Giveaways" in the mail from Communications Publishing/ Stephen Young. I was supposed to send $19.95 for the book plus $3.95 for postage and handling. This book was supposed to reveal how I could get my share of the $340 billion Uncle Sam gives away each year, and came with a money back guarantee.
Since there was not a phone number that I could call and place the order I decided to check it out on the internet. I found your site. Thank goodness, you saved me alot of aggrivation.
