I received a mail from Communications Publishing advertising a book with information on America's Secret Cash Giveaways. They also invited me to purchase the book. This book is about government programs that practically hand you the cash.
I placed an order for the book as well as one for my friend. I bought two money orders of $23.90 each. The orders were posted on July 23, 2004, and since then, we have neither received the books neither have we heard anything from Communications Publishing.
