I ordered a communion dress for my daughter.

It is now 4 days before the event and I have not received it.

This company advised when ordering that it would be here 2 weeks before my event.

They have put me off on a daily basis saying it will be here soon. They have now stopped answering their phone.

I advised the girl on phone I wanted a full refund, was told they didnt refund and was advised to speak to Ray Perry but cannot get him to answer phone they are not taking any calls now and I suspect im not the only one let down as their voice mail box is full.

Hello my name is Ray Perry and I am managing director of Dress4it, the parent company of www.communionangels.co.uk. I am absolutely disgusted with this slanderous malicious rubbish, putting my name and my business name alongside something like this is appalling. Firstly you were informed when you purchased that you had left it very late to make your purchase and we couldn't guarantee that you would get it in time. You decided to take the chance and we did everything in our power to try and get the dress for you. The dress was sent out to us and the information we were given/we gave to you when you called was correct to the best of our knowledge. The fact we couldn't get it and deliver it out to you barely a week after placing your order, is not our fault, we are bound by the postal service. Most organised people order a dress at least a month in advance, to avoid any possible postal delays causing an issue. We won't say it's on it's way when it's not, lying to our customers is just a total waste of time and would cause more problems than solve anything. Surely we cannot be held responsible for not answering telephone calls when we are closed either, our opening times are clearly stated on the website. If you ring your local supermarket after hours, the managing director won't get out of bed or leave his BBQ to answer your call. If you call and we aren't open it means you will not get to speak to anyone until we are. We offer an answer phone or an email alternative, if this proves too much then I would advise you only shopping in the high street and steering clear of complicated internet matters in future. I'm afraid there is nothing more we can do here, we issued you a refund as soon as you requested it, we always offer a full refund within 7 days of receipt if not completely satisfied with your purchase for what ever reason. The vast majority of HONEST customers that use us, are very satisfied and we often get emails and letters thanking us. Please don't let this one report and one person put you off of purchasing from www.communionangels.co.uk. Many thanks for reading, Ray Perry
